After a week of speculation, the Gutter Cat Times has confirmed that GCG Kingpin Noah (@mauloadream) has signed a deal to purchase Gutter Labs' assets and lead the Gutter Cat Gang into its next frontier!
"I'm excited about the deal going through, and my big goal is to unlock what's special about the Gang," Noah exclusively told the Gutter Cat Times. "We have a great future ahead of us. I want to help the GCG progress, tap into the community and creators who are here, and give them a platform to build. It'll also be important to grow the community. If we get this right - and I believe we can - it can be special for everyone here."
As the Gutter Cat Times previously reported, on September 29th, Noah publicly announced in a 16-thread tweet his offer to acquire Gutter Labs' assets (see tweet below).
Then, on 10/4, Noah dropped an announcement that emphasized his interests in helping Gutter City to "thrive again and grow to new heights."
He said that the Gang would need to "stay tuned" and that more would be revealed "before week 5 NFL games conclude." Check out his Gutter City Public Announcement here:
After the deal was inked, Noah told the Gutter Cat Times that he is going to be taking over daily operations at Gutter Labs.
"I'm going to be fully accountable for day-to-day operations. I'll have full control, and that's important for people to know," he said. "I'm creating new structures and want to increase transparency with a community that I care about."
This evening, as Noah steps into his new role, he tweeted, "Just a regular Monday, what are y'all doing tonight?" His tweet included a picture of his Cat in a business suit standing next to a briefcase. (see below)
On this momentous Monday night, Noah told the GCT that his top priority is to unite Gutter Labs with the community. To begin, Noah said that he will focus on communications to the GCG community in Discord, on Twitter, and future Twitter Spaces.
